PAYMENT AND SECURITY

What payment methods does Existens accept?

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Once your order ships, your credit card will be charged.

Does Existens retain my credit card information?

Please note that for your security, we do not retain your credit card information on our website.  You will be provided the opportunity to enter credit card information with each purchase.

Payment

Choose how you wish to pay for your Existens purchases: payment slip in parcel, at the end of the following month with monthly invoice/instalment or by card. You can choose the payment method that suits you best at the checkout. Existens does not accept any payments made in advance.

The minimum age for shopping at existenscreations.com is 18 years old.

CARD PAYMENT - QUICK AND SECURE

 We accept cards with Mastercard or Visa symbol.

·         All transactions are encrypted for your safety*.

·         Your card will be not be debited until we have dispatched your order**.

* For more information about card purchases please read about 3d Secure and our Privacy Policy.

** If the credit card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order confirmation to your email. Your card will be debited when we ship your order. If you return any items the balance will then be refunded onto your card. If the credit card transaction is not approved your order will be canceled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.

 

 

Refund

How Long Will It Take To Process My Refund?

 

If you would like to return an item, you have 7 days to send it to us. We will refund you within 21 days of the day the parcel was returned. We will refund you if the product is faulty within the stated returns period or is faulty.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. Al goods will be inspected on return. Any items which are returned with marks or soilage on, or which have been used cannot be refunded,  and our Customer Care team will email you to let you know that we are unable to do so.

If the product is faulty we will refund deliver charse as well, unless there are more than one  item returned.

Return your parcel via 2ND Class post at your local Post Office and obtain proof of postage. Please retain your receipt for your records. Your original postage payment will not be refunded on return of items.

Once we receive your item/s, we will inspect and process the return which may take up to 14 days.

As soon we are confident that the goods have been returned in their original condition we will process a refund.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase,... from which the purchase was made. But please contact us only if the 14 days have passed and you have not received a refund.
